Your audience will focus 80% on what you say and how you say it and 20% on your slides. If you focus your time on your vision, your purpose, and telling your story then your audience will be more receptive. Therefore, it"s important to focus on what? (you"re going to say) and so what? (why is this so important) and now what? (what action do you want your audience to take?).
